We ship through the United States Postal Service. We ship domestically and internationally. Shipping is based upon weight of the items. We reserve the right to adjust shipping on all orders based on location. For example, in some cases of international orders adjustments will be required and thus billed to you. Returns and Refunds:
If you would like to return an item, we must hear from you via email within 3 days of receiving an item to receive authorization for a refund. After 3 days, we will no longer accept the return request. Once you have obtained authorization, you need to return the item in the condition it was received immediately by first class or priority mail, insured. Shipping is the responsibility of the customer for all returns. You will be refunded the purchase price, less shipping and a 10% restocking fee. Refunds are given via PayPal. The refund process can take up to 3-4 days, once the item has been received and cleared.
